2. Within 48 hours we send you a personalised proposal: itinerary, hotels, activities, total price. We refine it together by email or Line until it fits perfectly.
3. You confirm with a 30% deposit. The balance is due 45 days before departure. We handle every booking — flights (if requested), hotels, transport, activities.

For peak season (April-June, September-October) and honeymoons: 4-6 months ahead. The boutique hotels we use have limited rooms.

For off-season: 2-3 months is usually enough.

For pre-wedding shoots: 6 months ahead — photographer schedules and location permits drive the timeline.

For last-minute trips (under 30 days): we can sometimes accommodate, but with reduced hotel choice.

Standard inclusions:

• All accommodation (typically 4-star or boutique 5-star)
• All ground transport (private driver, train tickets, airport transfers)
• All breakfast, plus lunches and dinners specified in the itinerary
• Thai-speaking guide throughout
• All entrance fees and pre-booked tickets (Alhambra, Sagrada Família, etc.)
• 24/7 Line support during the trip

Not included: international flights (we can book on request), travel insurance (mandatory but not included), some dinners (to leave you flexibility), tips, personal shopping.

Yes, especially in larger cities (Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Sevilla). We work with several certified Halal restaurants in each major destination and can structure entire trips around Halal-only dining if needed.

For travelers in rural areas, we plan ahead with the chef of the chosen hotel — Spanish chefs are extremely accommodating once they understand the requirement.

Spain and Portugal have excellent private healthcare. With your travel insurance (mandatory for the visa anyway), you call the insurance hotline and they direct you to a partner clinic or hospital.

Many travelers prefer to book flights themselves with miles. We are equally comfortable with either.

Tulytan is private travel — we do not run mixed groups. Every journey is for your party only: solo, couple, family, or private group of friends.

Maximum group size we accept: twelve people, for logistical and quality reasons. Beyond that we recommend our B2B partners or arrange in two parallel guides.

For most journeys, yes. The Tulytan guide accompanies you from arrival to departure across all destinations. This is what differentiates us from packaged tours where you change guides every city.

For longer journeys (14+ days) we sometimes alternate two guides for energy reasons — but always native Thai speakers from our trusted network.

For pre-wedding shoots: Tulytan is on every shoot, alongside the photographer.

We do not submit applications on your behalf, but we provide all the documentation required by the Spanish Consulate in Bangkok: hotel reservations, day-by-day itinerary, transport tickets, insurance recommendation. This typically gets your visa approved without complications.

If you are denied, your deposit is fully refunded.

We design family-friendly itineraries on request. Spain and Portugal are extremely child-friendly: late dinners with kids are normal, parks are everywhere, museums often have child programs.

For families with young children, we adjust pace (more half-days, more swimming, fewer monuments) and choose hotels with pools and family rooms. Car seats provided.
