Booking conditions
All bookings are subject to confirmation by Tulytan Travel. A 30% deposit is required to confirm your journey. The balance is due 45 days before departure.
Cancellation
Cancellation more than 60 days before departure: full refund minus 5% admin fee. 60-30 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Force majeure
In case of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, government restrictions), we offer either rescheduling at no cost or a credit valid 18 months.
Liability
Tulytan Travel acts as a tour operator and assumes liability for the services we directly provide. For services provided by third parties (airlines, some hotels), the liability of those providers applies according to their own terms.
Insurance & financial guarantee
Tulytan Travel holds professional liability insurance and the financial guarantee required by Spanish travel agency regulations. Certificate available on request.
